STEP 01|Contact Us
Please contact us first via our Contact Form, LINE, email, or phone.
STEP 02|Initial Consultation
We review your current Status of Residence, period of stay, application purpose, employer, family relationships, and income situation.
STEP 03|Initial Payment
We will begin preparing your application after the Initial Fee has been paid.
STEP 04|Approval Assessment & Required Documents
Based on your individual circumstances, we assess your application eligibility and provide guidance on key considerations and Required Documents.
STEP 05|Document Preparation & Application Support
After receiving your engagement, we prepare the Required Documents, including application forms, Statements of Reasons, and explanation letters.
STEP 06|Immigration Application Submission
As a certified immigration application agent, we submit applications to the Immigration Services Agency on your behalf.
STEP 07|Approval Notice & Follow-Up Support
We also provide support with receiving your Residence Card, important points for future renewals, and your long-term residence plans after approval.
Important Notes
1. The fee amounts include consumption tax and local consumption tax (hereinafter collectively referred to as "consumption tax, etc.").
2. If any of the following expenses (hereinafter referred to as "actual expenses, etc.") are incurred, they must be paid separately:
· Actual expenses payable to government agencies (processing fees, revenue stamp fees, registration and license taxes, etc.)
· Communication, transportation, and accommodation expenses
· Notary fees and remuneration for other professionals
3. Work will commence upon the finalization of the mandate agreement and confirmation of payment of the initial deposit (covering actual expenses, etc.). The remaining balance of the fee, consumption tax, etc., and actual expenses, etc., will be billed upon reporting the completion of the work.
4. For matters not specified in this schedule, a cost estimate will be prepared and presented during the consultation stage.
5. We cannot accept engagements for services prohibited by law.
